… I called myself a weaver until the World Wide Web was created and the programmers claimed the title. After changing the name to Internet they abandoned the title and I could take it up again but now  I no longer weave tapestries but write about weaving and do research into the work and life of the old weaver- women. But from time to time I produce art in multimedia. I have been a gardener and written books about plants.  Also  a book about the Womens One Day Strike in 1975 with drawings. I was responsible for the action plan of the Red Stockings who orgainzed the strike …
